By using boldguide.io or any Bold Guide LLC product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the products. Plain English version: be cool, don't break things, don't sue us for stuff we explicitly disclaim.

1. The products

• LeadForge — a B2B data enrichment API. $97 one-time, lifetime access. Includes API key + documentation.
• ADHD Brain Unlock — a 150-prompt PDF. $27 one-time, instant download. Use with any AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

2. Refunds

• LeadForge: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@boldguide.io. Refunds processed within 5 business days. Your API key will be deactivated upon refund.
• ADHD Brain Unlock: 24-hour money-back guarantee. Same email, same process. Your download link will be deactivated upon refund.

3. License (what you can do with what you bought)

LeadForge: You may use the API for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You may NOT resell raw API access, scrape and resell our data, or use the API to send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable law. You are responsible for your own compliance with email and data laws when using LeadForge data.

ADHD Brain Unlock: Personal use license. Use the prompts however you want for yourself. You may NOT redistribute the PDF, post the contents publicly, or resell the prompts as your own product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the products for illegal activity
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass usage limits
• Share your API key or download token publicly
• Use LeadForge data to harass, stalk, or harm individuals
• Send unsolicited commercial email in violation of CAN-SPAM or GDPR

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

LeadForge returns inferred or publicly-sourced business data. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty about completeness, deliverability of inferred email addresses, or fitness for any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying data before relying on it for business decisions.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the API offline for maintenance, security, or operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Pricing & billing

Both products are one-time purchases. We may change prices for new customers at any time, but your purchase price is locked in for what you bought. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.

9. Limitation of liability

Bold Guide LLC's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the products at any time. We may terminate your access for material violation of these terms, with refund at our discretion based on circumstances.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Riverside County, California.

12. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the "last updated" date and notify active customers by email.
