Who owns the website and accounts when we're done?¿Quién es propietario del sitio y las cuentas al terminar?

You do. Per both contracts: upon final payment, the client owns all custom website content. Social media, Google Workspace, and Stripe accounts are created in your name and stay your property — even if we stop working together.

Premium ($997) is a 4-week, 32-hour engagement where I run the whole launch — site, email, payments, four social accounts, plus weekly minor updates during the build. Best when you're launching a business or rebuilding a tired site.

À La Carte ($169.99 base) is for when you only need a clean website now and want to add maintenance or social setup only if/when you need it. Pay only for what you check.

What costs are NOT included?¿Qué costos NO están incluidos?

Third-party services you'd be paying for anyway: domain registration (e.g. yourname.com), web hosting, Google Workspace licenses, Stripe processing fees, and any software/plugins your specific business needs. These are paid directly by you to those vendors so the accounts stay 100% yours.

Premium includes 3 major revisions. À La Carte includes 1 major revision. A "major revision" means a substantial change to structure, design, or content sections. Additional major revisions are billed at the hourly rate written into your signed contract.

How fast do you respond, and what do you need from me?¿Qué tan rápido respondes y qué necesitas de mí?

I respond to project messages within 24 hours on weekdays. I need brand assets (logos, copy, images), account access when relevant, and feedback within ~72 hours during the build. Late client feedback may extend the 4-week timeline — that's the only thing that pushes launches.

What if I want to stop?¿Qué pasa si quiero detener el trabajo?

Either side can terminate the agreement (or any weekly service) with 7 days' written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable, and the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
